4-7-8 Breathing Technique
This simple breathing exercise, also known as "relaxing breath," helps reduce anxiety and promotes better sleep by calming your nervous system.
How to do the 4-7-8 Breathing:
- Inhale quietly through your nose for 4 seconds
- Hold your breath for 7 seconds
- Exhale completely through your mouth for 8 seconds, making a whoosh sound
- Repeat the cycle 4 times
