About Sweet Dreams 4 All

Founded on National Sleep Day with a mission to make quality sleep accessible to everyone

Our Founding Story

Sweet Dreams 4 All' story began with our founder Michelle's personal struggle with sleep and mentalhealth challenges during her teenage years. Finding ways to improve her sleep provedlife-changing for her overall wellbeing. As she witnessed friends and family face the sameexhaustion, she realized how deeply sleep influences mental and physical health. Her curiosityled her to discover the widespread issue of sleep inequality and how many people lack access tothe tools and knowledge for healthy rest. Believing strongly in fate, Michelle worked hard toofficially launch the organization's first sleep kits on National Sleep Day, a date that happened to be her birthday, marking a meaningful beginning to Sweet Dreams 4 All' mission.

What started as Michelle's personal journey has evolved into a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization focused on creating equal opportunities for better sleep and mental health. By promoting both sleep equity and emotional well-being through education, research, and community-driven support, Sweet Dreams 4 All strives to make restorative rest a reality for everyone
